The Flange Skillet™ is a revolutionary product that has changed the way flange gaskets are installed on the flange faces of adjacent pipe sections on both on land and underwater pipelines. The Skillet™ makes the process of installation safer, faster, and overall more efficient. Our Flange Skillet™ will pay for itself ten times over. From lowering the expenses incurred from barge day rates, to having the pipeline up and running quicker than ever before, as well as increasing safety for divers, the Flange Skillet™ has transformed business in multiple ways.

Using the Skillet™ allows the installer to hold on to the skillet itself, thus keeping the fingers out of pinch points and greatly reducing the risk of finger injuries. The Flange Skillet is available in steel and Micarta, a non-conductive material. All diameters larger than twelve inches (12") are manufactured out of steel.

Flange Skillet™ International has a tremendous alliance with our manufacturer, Begnaud Manufacturing. Begnaud's state of the art manufacturing process ensures a high quality product, every time. This world class facility also produces many products used by major U.S. industries such as the U.S. Military, Automotive Industry and Aerospace Industry. The Skillet is manufactured under same environment, and undergoes a rigorous system of checks and balances to ensure quality and reliability are never compromised.

To get a better idea of just how the Flange Skillet will benefit your business, consider these facts: a typical installation takes anywhere from two to eight hours to complete, depending on the equipment used. The abilities of the installer, the size of the pipeline project, and weather and water conditions are all time constraints. The
Skillet™ can reduce installation time by two to three hours and can save between 60% - 75% percent of installation time. For a barge installing, a thirty-six inch pipeline, it may cost up to $250,000 per day (or $10,000 per hour). Shaving off two hours of installation time saves $20,000 in barge fees alone. If the pipe has ten separate installations, that is total savings of $400,000. In addition, the savings incurred from reducing diver injury are priceless. On top of the savings, your client will also benefit from completing the installation project ahead of schedule. It's a win-win for all companies.
